This is for information of all concerned that the link to the portal for examination form fill up of U.G. 5 Semester Honours and Programme Courses Examinations, 2022 is mentioned below. This portal for submission of examination form will be Re-opened on 22.12.2022 (10.00 a.m. onwards) and will be closed on 30.12.2022 (5 p.m. onwards). The candidates may collect their ADMIT CARD from the college on and from 06.01.2023. This extension of chance for form fill up is ultimate and final. No such prayer of extension shall be entertained further. The college authorities are earnestly requested to make an arrangement for collecting the examination fees from these candidates as early as possible. Code of Conduct for the Teachers’
•    Every teacher has to obey the orders of the Principal of the College.
•    Teachers must be aware that their workload is 40 hours a week even though their maximum class hours are only 16 a week for Associate professors and 18 hours per week for Assistant professors.
•    SACT must be aware that their workload is 15 hours a week even though their maximum class hours are only 12 a week for SACT teacher.
•    All teaching staff must sign on their attendance register at 10:00 a.m. Late only by 15 minutes will be allowed to resume his/her duties.
•    Teachers are expected to be present on the college campus at least 30 minutes before any Class or Examination starts in the college campus for which his/her duty/ class is assigned.
•    The prior intimation to the Principal is required (at least 7 days for long leave and a day for short leave in advance) while availing any leave.
•    Staff members are encouraged to write textbooks, publish articles in reputed Journals or UGC care listed Journal and present papers in Seminars and Conferences.
•    Any change in the class routine must be reported to the Principal in writing.
•    Teachers are expected to take up extra classes for students in the context of Career Oriented Programmes.
•    All department meetings of Teachers shall be held only after 2.30 p.m. and not during class hours. No department staff meeting should be held at the cost of class hours.
•    The College Authority expects all staff members to work as a team in institution-building and in upgrading our institution into one of Excellence in Higher Learning.
•    Each Department must conduct at least one/two meeting(s) every month.
•    No teacher shall send circulars/distribute handbills to the staff, organize meetings in the campus without permission from the Principal.
•    Teachers must report in time to duty as per the working hours prescribed and should be available in the campus unless and otherwise they are assigned duties elsewhere.
•    All teaching staffs will exercise self-discipline and restrain at all times and deal positively with staff, students and the general public.
•    All staffs will adhere strictly to the laws and regulations of the college as well as Kalyani University and West Bengal Govt.
