Zero Tolerance Towards Ragging, Sexual Harassment & Gender-Based Violence All students, teaching and non-teaching staff, and faculty members are hereby informed that Nagar College maintains a Zero Tolerance Policy against Ragging, Sexual Harassment, Gender-Based Violence, Bullying, Discrimination, Stalking, and Cyber Harassment in any form. Any person found indulging in such acts shall be subject to strict disciplinary action, including suspension, rustication, expulsion, termination of service, and legal proceedings as per the applicable laws and UGC regulations.

 
     

Students Health Home

 
Students Health Home is a Self Help Movement. It is not a charitable organization. Since 1952, it is run by the students. In West Bengal 23 lac students are its members at 40 regional centres in the different districts. More than 200 doctors are providing free of cost service. At any part of West Bengal any student member of any institution can go to their nearest Students Health Home Regional Center for doctor’d consultation which is free of cost and he serve medicine only Rs 5/ per day (what will ever be the actual cost). Maximum money as universal membership subscription is Rs 10 per student.Each year Government of West Bengal provide some amount as Grant-In-Aid. The students of Nagar College are facilitated with this medical help.
